ALEX CHEN, ESQ

Mr. Chen graduated from a prestigious law school in Taiwan and received a Bachelor of Laws degree majoring in Financial and Economic Law. To further advance expertise as well as polish his skills and ability to handle multi-national cases, Mr. Chen was admitted to the top tier U.S. law school - Indiana University Bloomington, Maurer School of Law where a LL.M. degree was awarded to him in 2004. Mr. Chen is a licensed attorney in the U.S.
After the completion of U.S. law school, Mr. Chen subsequently devoted himself into the legal profession as a paralegal. He assisted attorneys in handling wide range of immigration, commercial and litigation cases. With his professional background and extensive experience, Mr. Chen was later recruited by a large law firm as a senior paralegal who provided support to associates and partners in high-stake litigation cases which include a hundred-million-dollar class action case and a multi-million dollar cross-nation litigation case. Prior to joining Yang & Chen, Mr. Chen practiced with a prestigious law firm in southern California as the directing attorney of immigration department who was responsible for handling and supervising mass immigration cases including immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions such as investor visa, extraordinary ability alien and temporary working visa. Before he established Alex Chen Law Group, Mr. Chen was a senior partner at Yang and Chen LLP in charge of employment-based immigrant petitions, family-based immigrant petitions, working visas, naturalization applications and appeals.
Mr. Chen is specialized in various immigration petitions.
